Xuan Ye is a senior operating partner to private equity and venture capital funds, family offices, and growth-oriented companies across Asia and Europe. With more than 20 years of cross-border experience in investment management and operational transformation, Xuan specializes in value creation, post-merger integration, and strategic growth acceleration.
As an Operating Partner, Xuan has worked with private equity funds with cumulative AUM exceeding USD 20 billion, supporting portfolio companies across the industrial, services, healthcare, and technology sectors. He brings deep expertise in deal execution, operational improvement, and leadership development, with a consistent track record of driving measurable growth and delivering shareholder value.
Beyond his work in investment and operations, Xuan is passionate about education and mentorship. He designs and teaches modules on leadership, innovation, and governance, and leads initiatives to mentor the next generation of leaders across ASEAN, combining academic frameworks with practical, hands-on guidance.
